These terms are a contract between you and TokenLedger Ltd (“TokenLedger”, “we”) for the use of tokenledger.app. Creating an account accepts them.
TokenLedger reads usage and cost metadata from AI providers and revenue metadata from Stripe using keys you supply, and presents spend, margins, reports and alerts. It is an accounting view — not an observability tool, not a proxy, and never in your request path.
Your data stays yours. Export is self-serve on every plan; deletion is typed-confirmation, hard-deleted within 24 hours. The privacy policy is part of these terms.
Figures derive from provider APIs and the daily FX rate, reconciled where providers expose invoice totals. Savings estimates state their assumptions and confidence in the report. TokenLedger informs pricing and cost decisions; it does not make them for you.
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care, without a guaranteed uptime for self-serve plans. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12 months is capped at the fees you paid in those 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can leave any time: export, delete, done. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or put the service at risk, with notice where practicable.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days ahead. Continuing to use the service accepts the updated terms.
